Sunday 10th April at Ulverstone Show Grounds for a massive show & shine. Gates open at 10am. Entry is $15, under-14′s are free.

US & Aussie Muscle Car Show 2021

The madness of 2020 is behind us, so let’s celebrate the best way we know how – a car show!

Gates open at 10am, presentations at 2pm, gates close at 2:30pm. Entry is $10, under-14′s are free.

A new look for our 30th anniversary event, the Van Diemens Street Rod Club Inc. present the US & Aussie Muscle Car show!

Open to all makes and models the 2020 event is shaping up to be a cracker!

Not only will there be a bunch of trade stands, special exhibitors and food vans, we will be unveiling THREE BRAND NEW HOT RODS, never seen before!

And don’t forget the Lego car building competition sponsored by our friends at Gamesworld Plus. With 2 age groups, 5-8 and 9-12 years, kids are invited to get creative and build a wild ride. Independently judged, there will be prizes for both age groups. Free to enter the competition, accompanying adult gets $5 event entry. Entries will be accepted up until 12pm, presentations at 1:30pm.

Car + driver + front seat passenger is free. Entrants are asked to be in the venue by 10am, presentations are a 1:30pm and vehicles can leave at 2pm. To say thanks for being in early we will be handing out some lucky entrant prizes at the presentations.

Adults $10, under-16′s free.

The Bendigo Bank Deloraine Street Car Show committee are excited to announce that our date for next years show is: Sunday the 17th of February 2019!!!

Come and see the Main Street and riverbank of Deloraine come alive with hundreds of amazing vehicles, live music, family entertainment and our amazing local shops and eateries open for business!

Make sure to put the date in your diary as it’s going to be a day not to miss. Why not make a weekend of it and come and check out all that Deloraine has to offer!

$5 entry, kids under 16 free. We hope to see you there!

Competition details are as follows;

LEGO CAR BUILDING COMPETITION
Sponsored by N.B.C.
Entrants to design and build their own model Lego car
Entries to be delivered in a closed box to UTAS Stadium by 11am on day of the Car Show where it will be logged, and put on display for judging. Entries will not be displayed with entrants names, numbers only.
Item must be made of Lego or similar type blocks.
Item must be no larger than 240mm x 240mm it can be stand alone or mounted on a base plate
Items should be designed and built by entrant, no adult help and no Lego designed kit built cars kit cars
Entrants must be 12 or younger at time of entry.
Entrants to provide a brief description to accompany their entry, adults may help with this.

There are 2 classes:
5 to 8 years
9 – 12 years
Prizes will for each age group
1st prize Lego kit valued at $200
2nd prize Lego kit valued at $100
3rd prize Lego kit valued at $50

2 judges: Looking for creativity and style. Their decision is final.
